  4. I've patched the Configure script to create Makefiles for OS/2; I have not
  5. supplied the Configure script (it is simply a shame).

  7. libgmp.i486.a contains the library optimized for i386 and i486 processors,
  8. libgmp.Pentium.a is Pentium-optimized. The mpn/*.S files contain the Pentium
  9. code; i486 assembler source is in mpn/x86, Pentium code is in mpn/x86/pentium.

  11. The OS/2 library has passed all tests in mpf/tests/, mpq/tests/, mpz/tests/;
  12. however, the benchmark output of mpn/tests look a bit odd - due to wrong timing.
  13. The factorization demo in demos/ seems to work, too.

  15. I only use a.out-binaries so I have supplied only a a.out-version of library
  16. (no OMF). No code changes were required at all.
